Rays of Hope Austin

Rays of Hope is pleased to be working with the following companies / organizations in the Austin area:

  Austin Energy offers free weatherization for qualifying homeowners, as well as a variety of rebate programs.  The Rays of Hope project takes advantage of many of these programs, including their $4.50/watt grid-tie solar PV rebate.

  Meridian Energy systems will be not only leading the  solar installation workshops, but will be designing, sizing,  and procuring the solar PV systems we will be installing.

  We will collaborate with Austin Habitat for Humanity  to install solar PV systems on houses built by Habitat volunteers to make these houses even more energy efficient.
 

  American YouthWorks CasaVerde builders program  provides young people with hands-on construction skills  by building energy-efficient , affordable, single family homes in Austin.  We will collaborate with AYW to install solar PV systems on houses built by AYW students.

  Green Zone Home offers energy audits and home HVAC performance testing for our existing homeowners so that we can be assured that our efforts are targeted and effective at reducing energy use.

  Ductz of Westlake provides A/C coil and duct cleaning for our existing homeowners to improve the efficiency of these systems.
